Everything on the Azcustomshirt is printed just for you, so a lot of thought goes into the way each item is made and shipped. We work with a global team of manufacturers and shipping services to get your order from the site to your door.
1. Once you buy, we’ll send you an order confirmation email, with some important details like order number, order summary, total cost, and chosen shipping address.
2. Each item you order is custom made for you. Printing usually takes 1-3 business days. The type of product you order and your shipping address affect delivery time. Because of this, your order can sometimes come in different packages and arrive on different days.
3. Our products are printed and shipped from United States. Your order is shipped to your door. Or your office. Or wherever. When it’s on the way, you should receive a shipping confirmation email. Your our Shipping times and cost vary depending on where it’s going and are automatically calculated at checkout.

It may take up to 3 business days after your order has been shipped for the tracking information to become available online. (It might take longer depending on how fast the postal service are processing the shipments.)

PROCESSING TIME

Please be noted that, due to our custom products, we send out the items within 1-3 working days since the order is made. You also will get a shipping number, which can track your delivery details.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

Will My Items Be Sent In One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.
Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at Azcustomshirt . For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Foreign Transaction Fees

If you credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollars, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank’s pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for the exchange rate of any charges your bank or issuing credit card company may charge you. For further details of foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal/Stripe at the checkout page.

Order Not Received

If your item has not arrived within 30 days for apparel products after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.

How do I report a missing or lost package?

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Azcustomshirt will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout process was inaccurate or incomplete.
If your tracking says your package was delivered but you did not receive it or the package is missing, it is your responsibility to first contact your local USPS carrier to report the issue concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel. Once you have contacted the Post office concerning your stolen/lost/undelivered parcel, please email us at: support@azcustomshirt.com along with your open case number from the shipping carrier for the lost package and we will work with you to see if we will need to re-send your order or issue a refund on a case-by case basis.
