We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues.

RETURN (if applicable)

All the printings are provided on demand so in case of return/refund, received item does not need returning , in this case we will sent you a free replacement product with free shipping cost.
Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Only items purchased directly from https://azcustomshirt.com will be accepted. Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date you your package is delivered.

Return/Exchange Policy Does Not Apply to Products Purchases with a Discount Code or Free Items.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

  • We will gladly issue you a replacement item or issue a refund back to your original form of payment for any of the following reasons:
  • Items Damaged or Poor Quality : If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality products, you must send us a photograph of the poor-quality products or damaged area. We will replace any items damaged or poor-quality at no additional cost.
  • Wrong Product Shipped/Missing Items :If we ship the wrong product to you, send us a photo showing how the product differs from what was ordered and we will replace or refund any such items at no additional cost. If there are missing items in an order please tell us the items that are missing and we will send the missing item.
  • Design Issues :If you have any other complaint regarding the design printed on a product, please send us a photo. Credits, refunds, or reprints will be issued at the sole discretion of us if the printed design differs substantially from the artwork that was submitted. We will investigate every case and will work to provide a resolution that satisfies you.
  • Package Returned To Sender : If a package is returned to sender by the shipping courier, We will reship the package to you for free after an address verification is complete. All returned to sender orders will be destroyed by the courier or charged for another custom tax duties and another shipping fee once we confirmed to shipped it back to our production facility.
  • Package Returned To Sender – Missed Delivery Attempts : All missed delivery attempt orders that got returned to Sender who received notification from Azcustomshirt or from the carrier to contact them for a delivery arrangement will only be compensated with 50% Refund Credit. You should also take the responsibility of making follow ups for the delivery progress.
  • Package Returned To Sender – Change Address : If a package is returned to sender due to an Address Change and would like to reship the order to the new Address, we will do it with a fee of 50% from the Order Cost.
  • Package Returned To Sender – Wrong Address :If a package is returned to sender due to wrong Address Information, We will not be held liable and compensation will not be granted by any form. You should take the responsibility over this matter as we allow an Order Modification within 24 Hours.
We cannot accept customers exchanges if any product has been washed, worn, or over 30 days
Order Modifications Or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to Contact our Customer Service (Here) and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.

What is the time frame to take advantage of the return option?

Azcustomshirt will accept your return of unworn, unwashed, like new condition and defective merchandise by mail for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if the merchandise is returned within 15days of receipt. If there is a defective product or error caused on our end, Azcustomshirt will happily replace a product.

If your item has not arrived within 30 days for shirts and 45 days for others products after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase (excluding shipping costs).
Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.

What is the policy for defective/broken products?
